Our client wanted to gain extra space in their home including a new bedroom and extra space for a large open plan kitchen. We were tasked with removing the old side garage and building a double storey side extension. We had to carefully plan the extension and install extra strong steel supports to ensure we could create the large open plan kitchen area on the ground floor.
