As our clients needs evolved, they required additional living space to better suit modern family life. We were appointed to design a single storey rear extension that would enhance the ground floor layout while complementing the existing property and creating a strong connection to the garden.

The extension allowed for the creation of a spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living area, achieved by removing the rear wall and seamlessly integrating the new extension with the original footprint of the house. Large glazed openings were incorporated to maximise natural light and provide direct access to the garden, creating a bright and versatile family space.
